The Dashboard provides a useful summary of a merchant’s recent activity. Through the
simplistic design it provides the ability for merchants to easily navigate and view transaction data in addition to any alerts that may add value to their CardPointe experience.
Notifications
The Notifications section of the Dashboard provides notice of information vital to merchants’ business operations. The Notifications that merchants can expect to view can be seen in the table.

| TRANSACTION DECLINED | The credit card company declined the authorization for the funds. |
| BATCH CLOSED | The batch was closed and the funds have been transferred to the merchant's account (within 24 hours) |
| REFUNDED | The charge has been refunded and the funds returned to the constituent's account. |
The Notifications will be displayed to a user based upon the most recent that has been received by the CardPointe system. Click the "X" to the right of the Notification to dismiss.
Transaction Activity
The Transaction Activity section shows the Authorized Amount and the Captured Amounts.
Recent Funding Events
The Recent Funding Events section of the Dashboard provides information in regards to the last deposits made to Merchants’ bank accounts per day.
Funding Trends
The Funding Trends section enables the merchant to view a specific period to identify funding patterns.
