Q: How do I setup a merchant account?
A: If you do not have a merchant account setup through Salsa, please send an email to support@salsalabs.com and we’ll send you the paperwork to get started.
Q: Once I submit the paperwork, how long will it take to setup?
A: Once we receive the necessary documents and agreement from you, we will submit it to our provider for review and setup. This normally takes 2-3 business days to complete.

A: Salsa Labs is your support for merchant services. Our email is support@salsalabs.com.
Q: Can I have one bank account assigned for donations to be deposited and another for fees to be deducted?
A: Yes—we can certainly set the account up that way. We’ll need either a voided check or a bank letter to each account so they can be setup properly.
Q: How do I change the bank account the funds are being deposited?
A: You can change the bank account that funds are deposited at any time. Please complete this form and return to support@salsalabs.com along with a voided check or bank letter to the new account and a recent bank statement from the account that is currently on file. Once we get everything back from you, we’ll submit it to our provider to make the change. This usually takes 1-2 business days to complete.
Q: When will we receive the funding for donations received?
A: We have Next Day Funding which means you will receive the full donation amount deposited into your bank account the next day. Our cut off time is about 8pm Eastern each day.
Q: How may I get notified for transactions that we receive?
A: Using your CardPointe account, you can setup email notifications to be sent for a summary of the day's transactions. To do this...
- Log into your CardPointe account
- Click the Administration tab.
- Click the Users tab.
- Click on your user account name.
- Click the Email Notifications tab.
- You will see a list of the email notifications you can enable. To receive an email summarizing your funding activity following each funding event, please check the box next to Funding Summary.
- Click Save at the bottom.
