    State/Province field not selectable

      The 'State/Province' drop-down list may appear to become non-selectable whenever the 'Country' field is also placed on the list of User Fields.  When both are present, the user must select an appropriate 'Country' value, in order for the 'State/Province' values to populate as selectable options.  Whenever making decision to include both 'Country' and 'State/Province' fields on your Action page, we recommend placing 'Country' up higher in the list, so that it will be more likely that the user will fill in that field first.
