The best way to learn Salsa software is to...
1. Complete Salsa Scholars training for the subjects you are interested in.
2. Use the Salsa Knowledgebase and in-application walkthroughs (referring back to Salsa Scholars as needed).
3. Experiment with Salsa CRM and Salsa Engage, using in-application walkthroughs and the Salsa Knowledgebase as guides.
4. Sign up for Salsa Engage Smart Start and a live Q&A office hour with a Salsa CRM expert.
Salsa Scholars
Salsa Scholars is where you should start. It is designed for initial training. It is all videos and simulations. It's intended to give you a general understanding of the applications and their workflows. It covers standard operating procedures at a fairly high level.
Salsa Knowledgebase
The Salsa Knowledgebase is analogous to a user's guide. It is comprehensive. It goes as in-depth as needed. You'll go to the Salsa Knowledgebase for step-by-step directions as well as conceptual information, such as email best practices.
In-Application Walkthroughs
In-application ("inline") Walkthroughs provide details and step-by-step walkthroughs in the applications themselves. They provide introductory content, overviews, tips, and in some cases they tell you what to fill out. All of the content in the Inline walkthroughs can also be found in the Knowledgebase.
