Where's my chapter key?

When to use it

Salsa Classic clients can have chapters that operate as semi-autonomous Salsa Classic instances.  Each of these chapters is  assigned a "chapter_KEY" alsa support agents need both the organization key and the chapter key in order to help with any questions.

How to get there

If you are using the current version of the user interface, then the chapter key can be found by clicking on the silhouette at the top of the page.

Clicking the silhouette will pop down a dialog.  The organization can be found next to the "c:" in the popdown.

If you are using the older version of the user interface, then your organization key can be found at the bottom of any Salsa HQ page next to your organization's name.
