The Contact tab allows you to configure Social Contact Types (ie: AIM, Skype, Twitter, etc.) and URL Contact Types (ie: Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). These options appear on the Contacts panel of the main constituent record. All items are modified in the same manner. Follow the steps below to add an item to a list.
Close any open Constituent windows.
From the main menu select Manage and then Configuration
The Configuration window will be displayed. Select Constituent from the Configuration Explorer panel. Select the Contact tab.
4. Select the options you wish to modify by selecting either Add, Edit, or Delete. In order to edit or delete an item, that item must be highlighted. You can highlight the item by selecting it with your mouse.
5. Continue modifying items until you are satisfied with your changes. Your modifications are automatically saved to the database and will be applied to all existing constituents and available to new constituents.
You can also set Correspondence Reasons on the Contact tab. The Correspondence Reasons are the reasons which appear in the dropdown field of the Address panel. An individual Correspondence Reason can be selected for each address on a constituent record, giving you added filter functionality when you are creating a mailing list through the Advanced Query Wizard.
