You can customize the General Note Purposes and My DonorPro Note Purposes. The Note Purposes are customizable note categories. These are useful in organizing and searching for notes.
1. From the main menu select Manage and then Configuration.
2. The Configuration window will be displayed. Select Notes from the Configuration Explorer.
3. Select the options you wish to modify under General Note Purposes or My DonorPro Note Purposes by selecting Add, Edit, or Delete. In order to edit or delete an item it must be highlighted. You can highlight the item by selecting it with your mouse.
4. Continue modifying items until you are satisfied with your changes. Your modifications are automatically saved to the database and will be applied to all existing notes and available to new notes
