You can customize the General Notes Purposes and My DonorPro Notes Purposes. The Notes Purposes are customizable note categories. These are useful in organizing and searching for notes.
To configure Notes Purposes: From the main menu select Manage and then Configuration. The Configuration window will be displayed. Select the Notes node from the Configuration Explorer. Select the options you wish to modify under General Notes Purposes or My DonorPro Notes Purposes and select Add, Edit, or Delete. Your modifications are automatically saved to the database and will be applied to all existing notes and available to new notes.
TIP: You are able to sort Notes tables. Select the Column heading by which you would like to sort. By selecting the Column Header once, the table will change sorting order.
