    Opening Existing Funds

    In This Article:

      1. From the main menu select Manage.

      2. Highlight Finances, and then select Fund.

      3. The fund Search screen will be displayed. Type the Name of the fund and select the Search button.

        NOTE: If you do not know the entire name of the fund, type the beginning of the name and then the *. This is a wildcard character and will allow for all possibilities.

      4. If multiple possible matches are returned, double click on the desired fund to open it.

      5. To view a report on donations related to this fund, select the Time Frame for which you would like to view the report. Select Today, This Week, This Month, This Year, or This Fiscal Year, and your report will be displayed. If you wish to specify a time frame for your report type a From date. Press Tab. Type a To date. Select Go.

      6. Choose the View in Browser button to view the donation list as an HTML Report
      7. Select the Do not display this fund on the Donation screen if this is a closed fund and you no longer wish to have donations added to this fund.
      8. To move all items shown in the Fund Items list to another fund, select one item from the list and then select the Move button.
      9. The Fund Search dialog box will open. Enter the Name of the fund and select the Search button.
      10. If multiple possible matches are returned, double click on the desired fund to select it.
      11.   To move one item shown in the Fund Items list to another fund, select the desired item from the list and then select the Move Item button.
      12. The Fund Search dialog box will open. Enter the Name of the fund and select the Search button.
      13. If multiple possible matches are returned, double click on the desired fund to select it.
      14. To delete an existing fund, open the desired fund and select the Delete button. IMPORTANT: Deleting a Fund will delete all donations associated with this fund.

        NOTE: Deleting a Fund cannot be undone. ASP Customers should contact the DonorPro Customer Care Team to request restoration services. There is a fee for this service. Note that depending on the time lapse between the deletion and request for restoration, retrieval may not be possible.
