    Creating a Mail Merge for Print Mail AND Excluding Previous Mailing Recipients

      If you are creating a new mailing, and would like to exclude people who have previously received a similar mailing and these people had been added to a ‘mailing folder’, you will need to select a ‘mailing folder’ created during a previous mailing.

      1. Create the mail merge using the steps in the previous section.

      2. On the Setup tab, select the Mailing button. From this pop-up, search by Mailing name or use the Search button to search for prior mailings, and double-click the mailing name to add it to the Setup screen. DonorPro will then exclude the constituents in this folder, from the new mailing. Any new constituents listed in the query results will be added to this folder so they will be exclude from the next mailing for which you may choose this mailing folder.
