      Create the Document

      To create Thank You Letter and/or Acknowledgement Letter templates, use the Word Processing software on your computer.  Create the document and insert the desired variables.  The variables require a double bracket on each side of the variable text - as shown: {{Today's Date}}.  Create your letter and save it as an .docx, .doc, or .rtf file.
