    Sending Diagnostics to the Help Desk

    In This Article:

      On occasion, the Help Desk may ask you to send a Diagnostics report.  This is simply to help them determine the cause of any errors you may encounter.

      1.  Choose Help from the main menu and then select Help Desk and Diagnostics.
      2.  The Details window is displayed.
      3.  To send this report to the Help Desk, select the Submit Service Request button.  From this screen  you can also test your server connection, copy the report to a clipboard or print the report.  
      4.  Select OK when you are finished.
