On occasion, the Help Desk may ask you to send a Diagnostics report. This is simply to help them determine the cause of any errors you may encounter.
- Choose Help from the main menu and then select Help Desk and Diagnostics.
- The Details window is displayed.
- To send this report to the Help Desk, select the Submit Service Request button. From this screen you can also test your server connection, copy the report to a clipboard or print the report.
- Select OK when you are finished.
