If a supporter/registrant reports that they never received their Event (or P2P) autoresponder, the Campaign Manager can resend it from within the Event.
- Access the Activity the supporter filled out, and ensure that you are on the Results tab. At the bottom, you can review all the users that have registered and/or donated.
- Use the Search feature to find that registrant quickly. To the far right, you will see an "envelope" icon to Resend Autoresponder.
NOTE: This will not edit or adjust any data in their registrant or supporter record. Autoresponders conform to form settings at the time payment is made.
