If a supporter/registrant reports that they never received their autoresponder, the Campaign Manager can resend it from within the Event.
- Access the Activity the supporter filled out, and ensure that you are on the Results tab. At the bottom, you can review all the users that have registered and/or donated.
- Use the Search feature to find that registrant quickly. To the far right, you will see an "envelope" icon to Resend Autoresponder.
This will not edit or adjust any data in their registrant or supporter record.
