Engage Events are configured with Fund and Campaign details. Engage Event Registrations then migrate to Salsa CRM automatically as Donation records.
Donation records can be used to register attendees for the CRM Event:
- Use the CRM Finance Summary Report to get a list of registrants by Campaign or Appeal.
- Drill down in the report to get the list of registrants.
- Select the registrant's name to open the Donation details.
- On the Donation record select the Event Fees tab.
- Select the Register button.
- Register each guest individually, or if no guests were RSVP'd for the event, select as many guests for the event as the donation covers.
