    NEW: Triggered Notifications

    In This Article:

      Triggered Notification Overview

Send email alerts to your organization's team members when a supporter completes an Engage-related activity. For instance, you might want to your board president to receive an email when someone donates online above a certain amount, or you might want your campaign manager to receive an email alert when someone purchases a particular event ticket level.

You can select certain supporter or activity conditions that must be true in order to send the notification. Notification emails contain supporter and triggering activity information, optionally including donation data.
