We’re excited to share that email deliverability continues to stay strong, exceeding 95% of communications delivered! Our team has been working closely with our email consulting partner and recently implemented several of their recommended configuration updates. We’ll keep an eye on performance to make sure these improvements continue delivering great results.
We’re also gearing up for Giving Tuesday with a webinar in November that will focus on email performance and campaign readiness - we've got more details and an opportunity to register below.

Action Required: State Sales Tax exemption certificates needed!
If your organization is exempt from state sales tax - Bonterra needs a copy of your State Sales Tax Exemption certificate as soon as possible, in order to honor that exemption.
Now is the time to ensure that your exemption is on record with us to avoid any unnecessary charges. Please be on the lookout for an email from us, with further details on how you can submit these certificates to us.
