There may be times when you need to refund donations. You'll do this from the Supporters screen, not from within your Peer-to-Peer Event.

1. Click Supporters in the side navigation. Then, click the row for the relevant supporter. The supporter's information will open.
2. Click the supporter's Activity tab, and scroll down to the Activity and Transactions tabs.
3. Select the Transactions tab. This tab contains a list of all of the supporters financial transactions.
4. To refund the supporter's donations, click the refund control  next to each transaction that you want to refund. You'll be prompted to confirm your selection. Repeat this until no unwanted transactions remain.
