Add a Constituent to a Specific Group

To add a constituent to a specific group or groups...

1. On the left panel of your constituent screen, in the Constituent Explorer, click Groups. The right side of the screen now displays Available Groups and Selected Groups.
2. Under Available Groups is a list of the groups currently defined in Salsa CRM. Click to highlight the group to which you wish to assign the constituent.
3. Select the Right Arrow button. The group that you had selected will now be displayed in the Selected Groups column. 
   
   NOTE: You may also double-click on an Available Group and that will move it to the Selected Group column.
   
   
4. Click Save.                                                                  

Remove a Constituent from a Specific Group

To remove a group from the Selected Group column...

1. Click the group, and then select the Left Arrow button.
   
   NOTE: You may also double-click on a Selected Group and that will remove it from the Selected Group column.
   
   
2. Select Save.
