If Engage fails in its attempts to charge a recurring donation payment (if the card is declined, for example), it will try an additional 9 times (once per day) after the initial attempt. - Open the recurring transaction.
- The orange Cancel all future donations button will only appear if the transaction is a recurring payment. Click the Cancel all future transactions button.
- The Cancel dialog box asks you to confirm you are sure about canceling all future transactions. Click OK.
