Recommendation
- Check Use ISO State and Country Code in Address Fields within SF Integration in Engage.
- Ensure that ISO Codes are set via the Salesforce Integration side as well.
- If failure still occurs, head into Salesforce From Setup.
- Enter State in the Quick Find box.
- Select State and Country Picklists.
- Click Configure states and countries.
- Click New Country to add a country or click Edit for a listed country.
- Within this screen, if Integration Value is still a full state name—for example, Alabama—update the Integration Value to the standard two-letter State abbreviation, AL.
- Save. Do this with any state that has the same type of data in the Integration Value field.
- Once complete, head back to Engage.
- Requeue a supporter that previously failed to sync.
- If the sync is not successful, contact Salsa Support for further assistance.
