- Open a Text-to-Initiate program and deactivate the program by changing the status from "active" to "inactive" (if it is not already inactive) as described above.
- Create a new program.
- Select the keyword from the recently deactivated program (since it is now available).
- Click Save & Activate.
- You will receive a warning modal pop-up that says that activating this program will archive the previous program name and that the previous program name will not be able to be activated ever again. Click OK.
- Once you have reused that keyword in a new program...
- The keyword is considered active because it is associated with an active program.
- The program is active because you clicked Save & Activate.
- The previous program is archived because its keyword is now in use by a different program.
- The expected SMS response is "Thanks for supporting [PROGRAM NAME]! Visit [DESTINATION LINK] to complete this action."
